I want to retreive what I backed up in I cloud to my new device

Hi, you can restore your iPhone 5c with the iCloud backup file. Here are the steps:

On your iPhone 5c, tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. Confirm the action. In the Setup Assistant, proceed to "Set up your device" tap Restore from a Backup, then sign in to iCloud. Proceed to "Choose backup" then choose from a list of available backups in iCloud. By doing this, the data you've backed up to iCloud will be in your iPhone 5c. However, before try the way, you should know that data on your iPhone 5c will be erased.
