Oct 11, 2014 2:26 PM in response to gopimoreby Dacrip,My IOS 8.0.2 issues iPhone 4s so far:
-Very slow in launching apps
-Slow in initiating Safari browser. Does not remember copy and pasting between web pages. Intermittent lock ups and generally buggy behavior.
- System memory feels unusually taxed. Frequently having to delete history to free resources
- Maps lock up when searching from Safari
- Frequent crashing even with updated apps
- Siri pops on during streaming broadcasts on WiFi
- swiping is poor with loss of sensitivity or sometimes hyper sensitive to finger gestures
I hope 8.1 will find resolve. I'm very unhappy with the IOS 8.XX update.

Oct 18, 2014 6:36 PM in response to gopimoreby Dacrip,Total crap upgrade, most apps have been removed and turned off. Dumped my itunes collection of songs and movies. No pre fetching or any auto anything is turned on but this 4s is basically a turtle. Crashes all of the time and was working perfectly with 7.1.2. 8.0.2 has made this phone impossibly slow and much worse.
FIX THIS OSX or re-sign 7.1!!!

Nov 13, 2014 1:54 PM in response to Dacripby it numpty,I would go back to iOS 7 immediately if I had a choice.
iOS 8 on my 4s has just turned this previous apple product lover completely off Apple Inc.
I was going to upgrade to a 6 (when they become available to buy outright from a shop). However, the way Apple Inc is treating customers, by forcing them out of old phones, is appalling.
None of the 3rd party fixes has really helped. I think its terrible Apple Inc has left the job of finding solutions completely to others. Who ever is in charge of Apple Inc reminds me of President Business from the Lego Movie.
I wonder if apple will pull the same stunt with upgrades to my Macbook & Apple TV. Thankfully my iPad didn't have enough room for iOS 8.
rant over.
