Go to Mail Preferences>Rules and click 'Add Rule'. Click the second menu and choose 'Edit header list':

In the pop-up pane which results click the '+' sign and type 'Reply-To'. Click 'OK' then click 'Cancel' in the 'Add Rule' pane.

    Now click 'Add Rule' again:

You can now choose 'Reply To' as a condition and type in 'Sohu.com'. Click OK to save the Rule. The 'Reply-To option will not be available if you want to create another new Rule so you will have to go through the process again.

Even if were possible to block all messages which have a 'Reply-To' field (if that was what you were thinking) which it isn't, it would block many  legitimate emails as well, for example from Apple and Amazon.
