Q: How do you change your rescue email?
I have tried multiple times asking support and got nothing but "change the alternate email". I changed it, erased it and re put it back in. But still when I try to reset my security answers, because every time I put them in they are wrong even though I know what I typed in when I made my account, it tries sending the reset email to some k••••••@gmail.com. I have no email that starts with a k nor have I ever set up my Apple ID with that email. Please help! Thank you, in advance!
