I just updated my OS X ver. 10.9.5. My emails now won't come through the computer nor my iPhone. My wife's does however. When I log onto iCloud it claims my birthday is wrong and wants to send retrieval info to my email which I can't access.
No, my wife has one as well. After I was locked out for the 8 hour waiting period. Apple is now making me wait 24 hours to reset the ID's and password. This will be 48 hours with no emails and that's if tomorrow goes well.
