Q: I hate ITunes and Apple

I hate ITunes and Apple why on earth have you not resolved this problem by now concerning the backup encryption passwords.   I can recover a password on my financial accounts.  Fix this it is ridiculous that you cannot recover or change your password and you data is held hostage and inaccessible to you. It's your darn data!!!!!
