Where is grapher pop-up menu (piecewise functions)?
Hi,
I am struggling to learn Grapher, and the only documentation I found is the help file.
I want to enter a piecewise defined function. The help file says:
1- Choose Equation > New Equation.
2- Choose Condition from the pop-up menu next to the Equation field.
3- Enter the number of conditions in the equation.
4- Enter the conditions and expressions in the template.
I am stuck a step 2: where is the said pop-up menu? I tried the equation column on the left. The contextual pop-up menu there (right-click) only has "Reevaluate expression". I tried the equation editing area at the top. The contextual pop-up menu there (right-click) only has "Copy as" and "Copy LaTeX expression". At the far right of that area there is also a menu (as identified by a downward-pointing triangle), which only contains maths templates. At the very bottom left, an action menu contains new {equation, point set, group}.
In short, I cannot find the pop menu supposed to contain the condition item.
What did I miss?
Many thanks,
Jean-Denis
