I Am connecting my iphone with my router using wifi .
i am using windows laptop but it's wifi adapter is not working thats why I want to connect my iPhone with it .
when I start my personal hotspot wifi is disable automaticaly .
any solution for this ?

Another option that you may have already considered for your computer which has non-working wi-fi would be to connect it to the router via an ethernet cable although that may not be possible depending on the location of the router and computer.
CAn i use personal hotspot with usb only with wifi ???
I'm not sure what you are asking here. As you were told earlier, Personal Hotspot allows you to share the cellular internet from the phone to other devices. You can share that via wi-fi, however you report that the wi-fi on the laptop is not functional. You can share the Personal Hotspot via USB to the laptop. You cannot get your internet connection from your wi-fi router and share it via the iPhone. As mentioned earlier, connect the laptop to the router via Ethernet. Not ideal, but then you do not have a functioning wi-fi on the laptop, so you have to take what you can get.
Personal hotspot allows you to share your cellular internet connection, not a wi-fi internet connection. You cannot have 2 simultaneous wi-fi connections. There is more information on personal hotspot at iOS: Understanding Personal Hotspot
Then connect your laptop to your router via a network cable connection. While it may not be the ideal, your only other choice is to have the laptop fixed. As FoxFifth said, Personal Hotspot is designed for sharing cellular internet. Your title confused me when you asked about using your wife and the Personal Hotspot.
