Mail a pages document with 2+ pages?

Since this appears to be a Pages v2.4.2 on IOS 8 question, does mailing a Pages document not work as before?

Launch Pages on IOS

• A Share icon appears left of Pages in the toolbar - tap.
  • Select Send a Copy
    • Choose your Pages document - tap
    • Mail - tap
      • Choose Pages
      • A new Mail window will appear with the Pages document attached as a compressed zip
      • Another IOS recipient can tap this compressed zip in their Mail, and it will open in compatible IOS Pages application
      • An OS X recipient must double-click the document to unzip it, and open in a compatible version of Pages for OS X.
