Q: Iphone 6 no sound when incoming calls, text or email

Ever since I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.0.2 I have had no sound when I recieve calls, texts or email!

Anyone any ideas?

Any help/advice greatly recieved!

Hi duncan j.s,

If your iPhone is not making sound whne you receive calls, texts or emails, you may want to check to see that your Mute switch is not set to mute such sounds. See this article -

Another possibility is that Do Not Disturb is set on. See this article -

Hi! i have the same problem! and i already check both options and is not that...

when i receive a call the sound is extremly low, and if i put the speaker i can hear very well but when i talk the other person cant hear me.

any solution? i had IOS 8.0.2
