How to Have A Formula Ignore a Blank Field?

I need a formula that reads a cell and multiplies it by 60 (that part I've got: =Cell Number, 60).

But if the cell is empty, I don't want it to do a calculation nor display any number. By default, empty cells are treated like a 1and so an empty cell displays 60 (as if it had be multiplied by 1).

Anyone know the solution to this?

Note in the image above, the empty field is being calculated (with the formula in the image below) as if it were a 1. I want the field ignored if it's empty so that the Cost Quote field is not populate with any pricing.
