"Tools" button on mail menu bar

I want to set up auto reply for my mail, but cannot fine the "Tool" button on the mail's menu bar, which is the place where I can set auto reply. What can I do?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

This is iCloud Mail you're talking about? The "Tool"-button is the little cogwheel in the left bottom corner. Select Preferences.
