logic pro x: addional contents install but they don't

I've downloaded and installed Logic Pro X as well as all available contents. However, some contents are still not available. A message pops up "Additional content needed. Download now?" After confirming "yes" the download and installation works as it's supposed to. But after installation they're still grey and not available. Same message ("Additional content needed. Download now?") pops up, same download starts if clicked on yes. Restarting the program won't help. What's the problem? Configurations?

MacBook Pro, OS X 10.9.5

Some more info:

When I for instance look up "cinematic" in Logic loops the first loop shown in the list is "Cinematic Transition 05". But it's grey and not available, clicking on it will lead to the message "Additional content needed".

Searching the harddrive shows that under library->audio->Apple Loops->Apple->Jam Pack Symphony Orchestra all "Cinematics Tranistions" are available (even more than Logic lists up). Logic does not recognize them. What's the problem? Thank you!
