This is not a Blank CD message - driving me nuts

Hi
I'm using TDK CD-RWs. I have, this morning, successfully burnt an album on to a CD. This afternoon, hwoever, I can't burn a different album on to a a different BLANK CD. I know it's blank because
a) I've just taken it out of its wrapping
b) I've checked
c) I've tried three differnt, brand new CDs.

I have no other applications open.

What can I do to fix this, or am I never going to be able to burn a CD again?

Here are the diagnostics
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
IBM 237342G
iTunes 7.0.0.70
CD Driver 2.0.6.0
CD Driver DLL 2.0.6.0

UpperFilters: GEARAspiWDM (2.0.6.0),
Video Driver: ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7500 \ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7500

Found aspi32 running.

If you have multiple drives on the same IDE or SCSI bus, these drives may interfere with each other.
Some computers need an update to the ATA or IDE bus driver, or Intel chipset. If iTunes has problems recognizing CDs or hanging or crashing while importing or burning CDs, check the support site for the manufacturer of your computer or motherboard.
