My wife and I have separate iTunes accounts but wish to share some audiobooks. Can I download an audiobook from my wife's iTunes account (she uses an iPad) to my iPhone 5S? It would seem appropriate to be able to synch to a different device and choose only the content wanted. Is this correct?

Put the audiobooks on the computer to which you sync ( makes sure that the computer is authorized for both accounts) and then sync to the iPhone
Thank you for your response. How do I set up Family Sharing? I looked at my account settings etc. for both iTunes and Apple and do not find where to do this. Thank you for your continued help. Bogey46
Thank you again. Now I understand: the ability to synch two accounts for content (audio books) is different that Family Sharing. We do not have iOS8, so Family Sharing is not currently an option.
