Q: If your Touch screen if not working ...they say to turn it off and then back on ......DAAAA the touch screen is not working , HOW do i do that

How do I get the touch screen to work ...IF I can not turn it off because the "Touch Screen" is not working ? HELP

Try a reset. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for about 10 seconds or until the Apple logo appears.

Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have a technician examine your device. Or contact Apple Support.

Also heard that you could ....Restore back to factory setup and that might help ..... now I can not finish the set up because the "Touch screen" is still not working

I have tried to talk to support and they want me to contact them from the ipad ...."no touch screen" .... any suggestions

... there is a store in Ottawa ....(Rideau and Bayshore Shopping ) ...... I will be there next month .....at the end .....This is going to be a long 6 weeks .....LOL ...maybe I will learn to live without it again .......I will let you know how it goes
