Q: IBA index

hi, I'm looking at creating an iBA edition of an InDesign doc that has an extensive Index that lists not just terms, but also concepts (things that would be hard to search for as keywords).

Does IBA have such an Index feature?

And, any ideas on getting the index from InDesign into iBA?
