Q: how to delete u2 album from itunes when it doesn't show up but shows on iphone

I've tried everything possible to get rid of the unwanted u2 album. Whenever I put my IPhone 5 music on shuffle every 2-3 songs a u2 song comes on and I don`t like there music and I don`t want it on my phone. I`ve tried the apple SOI removal from account and that didn`t work. I've tried making a playlist and syncing my phone to my computer and to Itunes and it won't sync the songs or the playlist. Is there another way to delete them? I'm running out of options.
