If you get one from UAE FaceTime will be disabled and the warranty for the phone is for the country of purchase

iPhone 6 price in UAE Apple online store is 2599 AED and in Oman it will be circa 3500AED

Like I said the warranty is country specific. I am not sure if Oman has FaceTime but the phone from UAE does not. If you can live with those things then it is your call.
