Q: Ipad Mini cannot restore after blinking Apple Icon
Help needed.
I had a iPad mini which was showing a blinking Apple Icon, and it cannot start beyond this icon.
No matter how many times I reboot it remain the same.
When I see the forum thread, it mentioned to Restore using iTunes which I did, however it failed to restore with this message:
"The iPad cannot be restored. An Unknown error occured (4013)"
When I click "More Information" on this pop-up, it brought me to a screen, which asked me to contact the Support.

I did just so, an email was instruction was sent to my mailbox, BUT it mentioned that I need to open on my device.
I cannot even boot up my iPad mini, how am I suppose to open it from my device?
Anyone had similiar experience and manage to resolve it?
Thanks in advance.,

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.
