using word forms on ipad

I have created a fillable word form to use as a check-off sheet. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to use it on the ipad without having to be connected to the internet. I would prefer to have an access directly from the home screen, but if there is a good app for this I can make it work to.

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 8

You could try one of these alternates to Word. I have not examined these Apps for forums capability.

All of the "Office" document editing applications on the iPad have limitations. Best try them out to see if they meet your needs.
