Q: How do I add a new device in iTunes store?

I have changed devices and want to update, but in the iTunes store, all I am allowed to do is delete devices not add. How do I add a new device? For example, I just upgraded to an iPhone 6 and want to show that in authorized devices.

To get a device to show in the 'manage devices' section you need to use iTunes Match or automatic downloads on it, or redownload past purchases on it - but whether or not a device shows there has no impact on what you can do with the device.
