Q: Security questions dont match apple records

I've been trying to purchase an app on my iPhone 5 for a long time now.  Every time I try to do this it asks me to verify my account by asking me my security questions on my phone screen.  The questions are "Where did you go the first time you flew on an airplane?" and "What is the name of the street where you grew up?".  No matter what answers I put in they just never work.  So, I go on my laptop to the MyAppleId site to manage my account.  The security questions on there are "What is the name of the street where you grew up?" and "What is the name of your favorite children's book?".  When I first made the answers to these security questions I took a screen shot on my computer and saved the picture.  I type in exactly what it says on the picture but it always says "Your answers don't match our records".  How do I fix this?  I know my answers are right!  PLEASE HELP!

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
