Q: Home sharing and streaming

Is anyone else having problems with home sharing and/or streaming on Apple TV 3 running OS 7? Ever since updating I can't wake my Apple TV by streaming to it or using the remote app, the only way to wake it is with the actual remote. When sleeping, zero devices can find it. Also something seems to be renaming it. I there is only one Apple TV on the network, yet whenever I attempt to stream to it, it has a new number after the name. So "Apple TV (2)", then it jumps to (4) for no apparent reason. And finally home sharing is completely broken. Home sharing is set up on all my devices. My iPhone can find the library, my other PC with iTunes on can find it. The Apple TV cannot. I have tried everything from restoring the ATV to reseting the router and network completely. Nothing seems to fix these issues.

So I was just wondering if anybody else has encountered one or more of these issues and has discovered a way to fix them, or at least restore partial functionality. Or if anybody could simply shed a bit of light on what might be happening here, it would be very appreciated.
