Oct 13, 2014 6:51 PM in response to Stumblersby Ralph Landry1,The iOS device screens have never been pressure sensitive...the are capacitive sensitive screens, that is, the sense a change in capacitance due to the finger or special stylus. Pressure devices do not affect the screen.

Yes, the screens are not pressure sensitive - the styluses are. They transmit the pressure to the iPad. I was just wondering if there is a hardware or OS limitation for the iPhone versus the iPad that is limiting the app makers. Bluetooth differences, if any, are not shown on the apple.com compare models pages.
