pre ordered songs show up no where on iTunes library or store purchase history

I pre ordered the Taylor Swift 1989 Deluxe album and then a second song came out and it sated "pre ordered" beside the song but i couldn't find it anywhere in my library or on my purchases list in the iTunes store or anywhere. SO i canceled my pre order so i could just buy the new single and then i looked and i was able to and it downloaded fine but the other single from the album says "purchased" but it shows up no where (its showed up no where from day one) can't find it anywhere.

I had purchased "Shake it off" from the non deluxe album first, by accident, then i pre ordered the deluxe album, thinking that i'd just have two copies of "shake it off" in my library, but only the one that i bought by mistake from the non deluxe album showed up, and not the album i pre ordered, and its remained this way even now since i cancelled the pre ordered. still says purchased. i don't care if its purchased. i was gonna RE pre order it after i canceled the pre order to go and buy the new song separately.
