i can't start up my Mac after updated the system and have this message on the screen

Model no. A1278 MacBook Pro


my daughter was updating the os software and the computer seems crashed. It couldn't start up.


There are a few message displayed on the grey screen:

panic (cpu 0 caller 0xffffff8030459241): " unable to find driver for this platform:\"ACPI\"...............
