Q: how to fix error 4005 and 4014 on ipad 2

Hello

I cant seem to turn my ipad back on and when i have been instructed to reinstall itunes its gives me these errors (4005 and 4014)

the screen was flashing before i turned it off. the battery had 51% so i turned it off as normal but i have been unable to restart it. i think its now broken perminatly.

can someone please help....?

Have you tried the troubleshooting on this page : iOS: Restore errors 4005, 4013, and 4014 e.g. your computer's OS is up-to-date and you've tried a different USB port and computer ?

If you continue to see error 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your device, contact Apple for support.
