how to fix error 4005 and 4014 on ipad 2

Hello

I cant seem to turn my ipad back on and when i have been instructed to reinstall itunes its gives me these errors (4005 and 4014)

the screen was flashing before i turned it off. the battery had 51% so i turned it off as normal but i have been unable to restart it. i think its now broken perminatly.

can someone please help....?
