Q: iphone 4s restore issues with password

I am trying to restore my iphone 4s but apple is saying my iTunes password is incorrect. I have reset the password twice but apparently it is still incorrect. Please please help

    It's not very clear to me which password you are being prompted to enter.  If you have enabled the secure backup in iTunes, and are being prompted to enter in your backup password, then please follow the steps in the article below for more information.  If that is not the password you are being prompted for, please let me know.
