i bought iphoto from the app store, and after i have updated my iphone to iOS8 iphoto is not working. how can i ask for a refund?

You've had it too long to ask for a refund. Often Apple will offer refunds if a product was purchased within 14 days or the next release and for iOS 8 it was released on 9/17/2014.
yes i understand but the App was working just fine. after iOS8 it stopped. Apple decided to discontinued the App but that is not my fault.. they have to do something about their customers who bought the App.. A refund or to replace iPhoto with iMovie, at least!
Apple is upgrading the Photos app on mobile devices to replace iPhoto. I am pretty irritated by this issue myself. I have been a Mac user since the early 80's. I am getting tired of Apple just arbitrarily deciding to discontinue support for software that they push not long before discontinuing.
If they are going to make Photos replace iPhoto then they should make it comparable first. This *****
