Can't remove specific map addresses from Favorites in IOS 8

I just figured this out:

1. open MAPS

2. In FAVORITES, tap on the address

3. It will take you to the map and show you a PIN

4. Tap on the PIN

5. When the small window pops up, you'll see a picture of a car, the address, and a small arrow on the right

6. Tap on the arrow that is on the right

7. A list will appear, tap "remove PIN"

That should do it.

In iOS 10

• go to the search field within the Apple Maps app
• tap on it
• scroll to the bottom tap of the address list and tap on favorites.
• slide on any address to share, rename or delete it.

Sorry it didn't work. I had just done it before i saw your post.

Call Apple.

I have already called them and told them about it and what they should do to make it easier, if you do the same and

tell others about it, and they call too...maybe they'll send and update to make it easier.

Oh, by the way....make sure you are tapping on the correct pin, there might be two for the same address...one is the favorite and one is the recent.

The Favorite will be in purple (at least on mine it is).

Does your EDIT button (in Favorites) in the left corner light up? Mine does not. I asked Apple about it they said it should.

I may have to bring it to Apple (or Sprint where I bought it) to fix the problem. Maybe you have to do the same.
