Oct 14, 2014 11:37 PM in response to LaPastenagueby brainbug24,The printer was plugged by USB into the Windows computer. I have tried all the methods that suggested from the KB. Although I was able to add printer from the network. But when I sent to print, I saw "hold on for authentication" at the print queue. There is no password set for the Windows computer.

Otherwise perhaps plug the printer into the mac so you get all the drivers right and check that it prints .. then see if you can get it to connect as share from the windows machine again.
