security keychain problem on iTunes producer

Today, I got a massage saying that user password cannot search in security keychain from iTunes producer.

So I cannot submit my book on ibooks store. what is the problem? please help me~

Different point with normal day is that ibooks author doesn't memory my password although I checked 'memory password'

I have already tried reinstall iTunes Producer

"iBooks Author 2.1.3", "iTunes Producer 3.1","iMac OS X Yosemite 10.10"

iMac, Other OS, Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10

I had the same problem. My iTunes Producer was saying "we are unable to retrieve your password from the security keychain"

I managed to solve this by opening application loader. Xcode => Open Developer Tools => Application Loader

Log in with your id in Application Loader. Then close it.

Then open iTunes Producer click yes on what it asks and then it works.

Hope it works for you.

I has try to creat new user on my mac. Then login and run itune producer is work.
