How to transfer voice record from QuickVoice app to Mac

Please help me. i really need to have all my record. my memory is full. is there any ways that i can do to get all my recording to my mac? i want to transfer from my iPhone to my mac.

It sounds as if you have recorded Voice Memos on your iPhone and want to get those recordings onto your MacBook, is that right?
