Q: new iPhone setup from android (samsung S4-Kies)

i have my iTunes and kies (samsung android sync suit) on my pc. ordered new iPhone 6 plus. my iPad is synced to iTunes and iTunes also has backup of my old iPhone. i want to setup my iPhone from my samsung s4. plz guide
