App crashes and has money on it

Hello I downloaded the app Madden Mobile 15 on my Iphone 6 I have had this app about a month, spending money and buying things. One day I got on the app and it was crashing I don't want to delete the app because if I do then all my money is gone. I was wondering if I could ever get a refund or something like that.
