Q: Help.. Can't delete music..

Hi everyone.. hope i'm in the right place..

I have a problem deleting songs from my iphon..

I've tried EVERYTHING.. nothing worked..

and then.. I realized the problem..

I had an iCloud accoun
with an old E-mail address.

and all the songs I downloaded are probably saved in the cloud with this address..

the problem is- the address doesn't exist anymore, I've deleted it
without knowing it has anything to do with my iCloud account..

and now I can't log in with it and the music
is..kinda stuck..

is there any way to delete the music

from my iphone

without Format / reset it??

Hi MaayanKin,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

To delete songs from your iPhone, please follow the directions below. Note that if you see a cloud icon next to the song, it is not on your device, but indicates it can be downloaded.

Tap the Music app.
Tap the Songs category.
Swipe left over the song you want to delete.
Tap Delete.

After you delete an item, it might still be visible if you can download it again from iTunes in the Cloud. The Download icon will appear next to these items. You can hide items available in iCloud and purchases from the Mac App Store.
