Q: how to get free app fro mini ipad

I got a new mini IPAD last spring

and I cannot find a way to get several free app for it ?

can someone explain how I can get these free app

note: it is updated to latest IOS

You can also make a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple Store. they will walk you through the basics of how to use your iPad.
