Q: We couldn't upgrade your account to iCloud Drive

When I try to upgrade my account to iCloud Drive to use Keynote on icloud.com, I get an error message stating "We couldn't upgrade your account to iCloud Drive for some reason. Please try again."

 

All my attempts to try again have all failed as well. Any ideas?
