I Changed the email address I was using for Apple ID. It was reset and verified through email. Now I am not able to change the address in iCloud settings and can not figure out how to sign out of iCloud. Any suggestions?

You have to delete the account, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. Deleting the account only deletes if from your phone, not from iCloud. Doing this will not effect anyone else still using the account.
