Macbook Pro 13 inch 2012 Freezing and beeps

Hello.

As I've said in the title, my Macbook Pro is a 13 inch, and I bought it in September of 2012. Around January of this year, it started to freeze suddenly without warning, and I would either have to force restart it or on occasion it would turn off on its own. Around springtime of this year, it also started doing something where after it freezes, it will not turn on again for at least 15 minutes. When I try to turn it back on, it beeps three times, pauses, and beeps again. Wondering if anyone else might have or has had this problem, and how it can be solved??
