Nov 4, 2014 6:37 AM in response to GalagBashaby RBNutter,Not exactly the same, but my Wifi is behaving more unstable since the upgrade... Macbook pro 2012. and it is getting ridiculous now. dropping me on and off my network where my Surface, android device and windows laptop have no problems, so checking off causes to me this means the Yosemite update driver is not stable.

Nov 4, 2014 9:05 AM in response to GalagBashaby Amir.N,Is there anyone from Europe who was able to update Mac OSX to 10.10.01 (Beta)?
It seems that Apple has not yet provided this update for EU IPs, because when I launch App Store in my Yosemite 10.10 there is no new Updates available. Please share your experiences... -

The terms of my NDA bar me from discussing how many hours ago I downloaded it (if I downloaded it) here in the UK.

Nov 4, 2014 2:13 PM in response to GalagBashaby billfromsaskatoon,My wifi problems started with Yosemite. Till then my network ran flawlessly for years.
The wifi connection would drop suddenly, and I'd have to reboot the airport extreme to get it working again.
My network is comprised of a Gateway Pace modem, connected to which I have two Airport Extreme base stations for distributing the wifi around a large house. The oldest of the APE base stations will not work at all. Tried everything.
Currently, the Gateway Pace modem is working fine, and one APE base station is working... will see how long that lasts.
Apple: please hurry with an fix!

Nov 4, 2014 4:16 PM in response to GalagBashaby mangoshak9,Hey all,
I found this yesterday on youtube and my mid 2009 MBP has worked well since applying this.
I did a clean install of Yosemite, then applied the fix and the wifi issue has been working with no trouble for the past 24 hours; wifi running fast and system and apps are very responsive. If I tried to recover files, apps and accounts from a Time Machine backup after the clean install the problem persisted, so I just went the clean install by itself. All my data was backed up elsewhere so I'll just have a few apps to reinstall. The machine really needed a rebuilt anyway since it's gotten in-place updates with every new release since 2009. Actually been a blessing in disguise; without the wifi trouble I would have not done the clean install.
Thanks!
Donny
