iPhone 6 not available - Ridicolous!

Here in Italy iPhone 6 is teoretically available since September 26th.

As I cannot receive it at home or office from the online Apple store I am "forced" to buy it at the Apple Store or in another shop, but it is impossible.

The reserve service from Apple is just ridicolous. Looks like a lottery! You cannot reserve a phone if it is not available in that very moment, and it is NEVER available, even after 3 weeks after launch.

I am trying since October 6th and I will soon give up changing phone and brand. My deadline is tomorrow.

This is not serious. It is clear that they place on sale only 5 phones a day, and I cannot check their site every moment as I should work and have no time to loose...! I am not a teenager and should use their phone for work.

Apple is really disappointing, also considering the high price of their products and the very low quality of this service.
