Q: I cant update my iphone 4s to ios 8 pls help me

You're not telling us much. Why can't you update it? What kind of messages are you getting when you try?

HY...i have the same problem at iphone4s...it shows me that i can not update because this update requiers 4,7GB and i dint have enough space...i have delete everything what i hv installed(facebook, viber,skype,whatsapp,etc plus pictures) and still have no space...where did i go wrong?! i dont really understand this iphone 'working'

Use iTunes to do the update and space won't be an issue.

        i must update the 8.1...i dont think i do smthing..i must go to somebody who is working with...thanks for your help 

If you were trying to update over wifi try updating using iTunes following the instructions AmishCake provided a few posts earlier;

If you can’t update wirelessly, or if you want to update with iTunes, follow these steps:

1. Install the latest version of iTunes on your computer.
2. Plug in your device to your computer.
3. In iTunes, select your device.
4. In the Summary pane, click Check for Update.
   
5. Click Download and Update.

If you don't have enough free space to update using iTunes, you'll need to delete content manually from your device.

I cannot update either.

Itune said: "This version of the iPhone software(7.1.2) is the current version"

from the phone setting software update "iOS 7.1.2 Your software is up to date"

I just did factory reset, and setup for new user to use.

You've got your answer; you must have an iPhone 4. You cannot update past the version you have now.
