Q: Iphone: Always get pop out message to key in Apple ID password
Hi all,
Recently the following problem has been troubling me. Not sure if anyone out there facing this problem.
I have the following device:
a) iPhone 5, iOS ver 8.0
b) iMac, OS X Mavericks
1) Recently, at random time, my iPhone automatically pop out alert asking me to key in Apple ID password either to sign in to iCloud, or just simply sign in to nowhere when I unlock my phone with pass code or I am in the middle of using my iPhone. This can happen quite often sometimes up to 3 pop-out within 5 minutes.
2) Also, my Mac which I did not switch on for 3 weeks, when I switch on again, it told me that my Apple ID account is disable due to security reason, so I will need to go to website to verify and enable it. I followed the link to website, and got it done. However, the attempt is not successful. Website responded that my password did not match the ID. But I am very sure I keyed in the correct password because I just use it to sign in to iCloud on web browser few minutes ago and it is able to login. At no choice, I reset my password to a new one.
3) I found something weird on my photo album when I connect it to a PC. It gave me some icon like "Local Disk", and from time to time, the amount of this icon getting more and more. Below is a screenshot of it. I have a total of 7 folders under "DCIM", but only this folder is having behaviour like this.
What actually happen to my phone and Mac? Are these events linked? Is it due to affection of virus?
Anyone has experienced this?
Thanks.
iPhone 5, iOS 8
