Can't reset the security questions.

hello their.. I want to rest my security questions in my apple ID account but I can because it asked me to verify it by another email the other email I have doesn't receive emails from Apple I don't know why!!.. so please I need some help here. I tried to contact Apple they told me you have to call the call center but we don't have call center in my country and I can't call any other countries apple call center because it is like (1 800) number in their country.

If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on it) then you will have to contact Support to get the questions reset.


If the country where you, and which you have on your iTunes account, isn't on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

When they've been reset you could change your rescue email address to an account that you know works for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620
