here you go: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9wGd7QYMi6BUmJORjJoZDF2bDg/view?usp=sharing
1. download and unzip
2. replace content of /System/Library/Launch Daemons with the one you just downloaded
3. reboot. done.

Oct 20, 2014 2:41 PM in response to sodquinnby MortenJamesCarlsen,I too have MAJOR issues with this... I suggest you all go to apple feedback and provide them with information pertaining to this...
To further track this issue down... TURN OFF Bluetooth. Bluetooth IS very much interfering with WIFI --- IF --- WIFI Network is ran on 2.4 GHZ. 5GHZ does NOT interfere with Bluetooth or should I say, is NOT interfered by, by bluetooth.
Retina Macs seem to be MUCH more prone to those problems...
As of today, it is more or less impossible to run a rMBP on a 2.4 Air Network while having Bluetooth turned on. Switch off BT and the Mac is flying - switch it on and the network connection crawls to a slow...

I have tried to input these commands in the command:
sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.discoveryd.plist
sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.discoveryd.plist
I have to input the above commands every time when I reboot my Macbook air. This is so annoying. I find out some network launch daemons are stuck.
I finally solve the above issues in following ways:
- Backup all your application into a USB external hardisk or Time Machine
- Installed a new fresh copy of Yosemite and copy all files under /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ to a USB flash drive
- Restore back all your application by migration assistant from the Time Machine or by USB external hardisk
- Replace /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ with the new fresh copy of Yosemite
Reboot your machine. Internet works perfectly even after reboot.
Is is just a matter of TIME before you will experience those issues again... Although I hope for you that you won't ;-).
I tried the same thing and it worked a few days but then the problem was back.... I wasted a lot of time backing up and re-installing...

Oct 20, 2014 6:30 PM in response to sodquinnby Joe Canon,From Apple Support over phone, we did a Safe Reboot - Power down and press POWER button and press down on SHIFT key to initiate the Safe Reboot. So far my internet has been steady. No drops. I am hoping this isn't a temporary fix.

Unfortunately this is a tmp fix. At least it was for me... 2 days or so after, I was back to the problem.

Oct 20, 2014 6:51 PM in response to MortenJamesCarlsenby Joe Canon,I figure that it is a temp and will keep you posted - I'll take a temp solution for now than rebooting every time I need to get on the internet.

Oct 20, 2014 7:10 PM in response to Joe Canonby csukale,Hey could you guys do me a favor and check whether or not there's 2 files in your /System/Library/LaunchDaemons folder named mDSNResponder.plist and mDNSResponder_helper.plist?
If you find said files you you then maybe check your log files and see if you have any error messages regarding mDNSResponder in there?
mDNSResponder got replaced by discoveryd and I think it therefor should not be launched anymore. For some reason it was still in my LaunchDaemons folder though. I did a clean install on another Mac and those files were not there. Said Mac didn't have any problems with the internet connection.
Update: I think what you should see in you log files should look something like this.
com.apple.xpc.launchd[1]: (com.apple.mDNSResponder[28]) Could not find and/or execute program specified by service: 2: No such file or directory: /usr/sbin/mDNSResponder

Oct 20, 2014 8:16 PM in response to sodquinnby LittleBear73,I had the same experience immediately after installing Yosemite. After reading through everyones experiences I simply unplugged my router and let it reset. And poof* everything is working fine now. Prior no wifi or LAN. Now, full speeds. Good luck everyone. This really freaked me out and hope you all find an easy solution. Now lets see if all my Adobe CC software works and other various software. Yikes...

Oct 20, 2014 9:07 PM in response to csukaleby witchmd,Thanks csukale. Deleted these 2 files then restarted. Internet was fine without having to do the sudo thing anymore. You were right, these were in the old launch daemons folder and were not present in the launch daemon folder that Barry_23 uploaded.

Oct 20, 2014 9:23 PM in response to Joe Canonby witchmd,HI Joe,
i went to /System/Library/LaunchDaemons folder, then looked up these 2 files: com.apple.mDNSResponder.plist and com.apple.mDNS_helper.plist. (made a copy of both and put them aside in a folder on my desktop just in case) then deleted them. I then restarted and voilà, working internet.
