Q: iCloud Calendar will not sync with Apple calendars on iPhone and iPad

I now use the iCal calendars on my iPhone and iPad. Sometimes I need to see entries on the iCloud calendar online but can't get it to sync with dates on my Macbook, iPhone, and iPad. Is the iCloud calendar somehow different and doesn't sync?

iPhone 4S, Other OS, Main syncing computer is MacBook

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

This sounds like your default calendar may be set to an account that provides a similar function to iCloud. Check for other accounts on all devices and see if you have another account that shows calendar syncing on. Make sure that you are using the same Apple ID for calendar syncing on all of your devices.

I took your advice and have turned off my Google calendars syncing on all devices. I archived the calendars so I could keep all the events. Now nothing is showing up on any calendars on any of my devises. Stuck now!
