Q: Yosemite Calendars - No more multiple alerts?

I just upgraded to Yosemite and noticed that I can no longer set multiple alerts for a calendar entry. Before, you would set the first alert, and then a small plus sign would appear beside that first alert is you wanted to add more, but I can't seem to find out how to make more than one alert show up in Yosemite.

Am I missing something? This is a feature I use a LOT in my workflow (juggling multiple events, sometimes I need a reminder a week out, a day out, and then 15 minutes before)
