Jan 12, 2015 7:31 PM in response to mommuby uesspo,iMac 27" late 2013 OS X yosemite same issues. Mine sounds like a vinyl record skipping only on the sony mdr-zx750bn : wireless noise canceling stereo bluetooth headset. No noise on my sony wired headset. While viewing the bluetooth settings panel for this bluetooth device if I put it on the actual device it clears up for a short while. The minute I get out of the panel it reverts to skipping.

Jan 15, 2015 8:24 AM in response to mommuby Fhidal,This really worked for me guys!
"Bluetooth—so simple and yet so troublesome. For a subsection of users, Yosemite is causing problems with Bluetooth accessories and connectivity. One solution proffered by iDigitalTimesis to disconnect all USB preferences, shut the Mac off for several minutes and then try again from the beginning. You may have to teach Yosemite about your Bluetooth accessories afresh instead of relying on what Mavericks has passed on.
Over on the official Apple forums, it looks like resetting your machine's PRAM (Parameter Random Access Memory) once or twice might fix the problem. PRAM is where all of the core information about your system is stored, and you reset it by booting up, then holding down the Cmd+Option+P+R keys right after you've hit the power button. When you hear the startup sound for the second time, you can let go."
Peace and love!

Jan 15, 2015 8:32 AM in response to Fhidalby johnniecache, did not work for me. I even did a complete clean install of Yosemite (nothing passed on from mavericks here) and there is still bluetooth lag.
Quite incredible that such a big, big problem is still not fixed. Same for the WiFi problems which were carried on from mavericks.

Jan 15, 2015 12:26 PM in response to Fhidalby Rx10,I had this problem without even realising what was going on after update from Mavericks to Yosemite. Finally realised it wasnt a RAM issue and software related. I have upgraded to SSD in original macbook 2012.
Cleared all bluetooth connections and re-added my belkin bluetooth thing and also did a PRAM reset and it fixed it. No lag now.
But dont despair never has a solution I have read on the support communities ever worked before for me!
